A leading, private training provider is looking for a Hospitality & Catering Trainer Assessor to join their team in North London. This exciting position will allow you to draw on your experience of the Reception, Housekeeping and F&B industries to provide learners in their workplaces with support and training, enabling them to realise their career potential.

Your specific responsibilities include:

• Visiting learners in the workplace and assessing / tutoring them in their Apprenticeship and Diploma qualifications
• Maintaining documentation on learners and preparing portfolios
• Planning and implementing initial assessments and course reviews with learners
• Creating learner portfolios to agreed standards
• Working closely with Verifiers and Management

The ideal candidate will have a background in the Reception, Housekeeping and F&B industries, preferably at managerial level. It is essential that you have a relevant NVQ Qualification (or equivalent) as well as the ability to work independently and manage your own time. Full training will be given in gaining the Assessors award if you do not already have it.

You will receive an excellent salary and benefits package, including a starting salary of £20,000- £23,000, company vehicle after 6 months or monthly travel card, 25 days holiday plus the bank holidays and healthcare benefits.
