Introduction: This is an excellent opportunity to join a large training provider delivering both apprenticeships and other government funded training.
The Job:
As Lead Internal Verifier, you will be involved in supporting the QA process of sub-contracts. Within this role, you will be working with senior managers across the business and excellent scope for career progression exists. The job holder will need to be proficient in QA in respect of all aspects of apprenticeship qualification delivery across a range of standards, as well as having a working knowledge of SFA and NAS objectives and being well versed in audit compliance. The role will involve overseeing the QA activities of the South East region (Bucks, Berks, Hants, Surrey, Sussex and Kent) and will entail extensive travel within the region.
It is essential that you hold the necessary assessment and verification qualifications and have at least 2 years’ experience of having a senior QA role. Training and Development qualifications at Level 4 (or above) would be ideal. Excellent communication skills are essential, coupled with the ability to present to senior management, working with a range of standards and business types. Previous experience of working with service based or management qualifications is important. This could include hospitality, customer service, business admin, team leading or management.
The salary for this post will be £26-30K plus benefits package.
