Our Executive Sectors

Work Based Learning

Our track record of eight years experience within the Work Based Learning sector enables us to offer true market insight. We have long term partnerships with a large portfolio of Training Providers across the UK, operating across a multitude of different industry sectors.

We recruit Managers, Directors and Heads of Department across all skills sets, including Business Development, Operations, Bids, Contracts Management and functional skill areas. We also cover Board level appointments, including Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.

The Work Based Learning industry is constantly evolving due to government policy and funding. As a consequence, it is more important than ever for the training providers of the future to recruit visionary leaders with the skills to design winning strategies, motivate others and govern business growth, leadership, diversification and profit. Crucially, we are often tasked to source individuals who can marry business success with ensuring positive outcomes for both learners and employers.

Our networks within the industry are extensive and many of the individuals we have placed have been already operating within the sector. Equally, however, we are often tasked with sourcing individuals who can bring valuable experience and transferable skills from other industry sectors.

Employability & Welfare to Work

In order ensure the Work Programme’s success for all parties, (the unemployed, DWP, prime providers and sub-contractors), it is imperative to engage the right talent to lead, shape and direct delivery. We look for individuals who are genuinely passionate about driving forward the Welfare to Work agenda. A strong leadership team is essential for all types of organisation involved; both prime providers who are outsourcing contract delivery and sub-contractors focussed on front-line delivery.

We have extensive experience within the Welfare to Work sector, including long term partnerships with a range of different providers. We are also engaged with a broad network of sector leaders.

We recruit Managers, Directors and Heads of Department across all skills sets, including Operations, Contracts & Supply Chain, Bids, Business Development, Partnership Management, Employer Engagement, Compliance and Customer Service. We also cover Board level appointments, including Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.

Whilst some of the individuals we appoint are already established leaders within the Welfare to Work sector, our candidate attraction techniques cover a diverse range of commercial and non-commercial industry sectors where we have identified transferable skills. These include Work Based Learning, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Further/ Higher Education, Offender Rehabilitation, the NHS and other public sector or not for profit organisations. And this list is not exclusive; we can target our search on another industry sector, should you identify synergy.

Schools & Colleges

It is essential that institutions at all levels within the education system employ inspirational leaders who are passionate about education and can deliver genuine impact for all stakeholders. We work with a range of independent and maintained schools across the UK to help them find and recruit talented senior personnel. Our appointments include Heads, Bursars, Deputy Heads, Department Heads, as well as other Leadership, Manager or Director level vacancies. We work on a UK-wide basis and cover both permanent and interim appointments.

We treat each appointment individually and work closely with governing bodies to identify the best recruitment process in order to source individuals who can impact the progression and development of a school or college. We have a broad network of connections within the education system, both independent and maintained. Equally, we are occasionally required to source individuals from outside of the sector who can add value and expertise within a specific field.
